Allows legacy roaming for credentials and tokens created by the Web Account Manager (WAM) system. Setting: Added new configuration setting (RoamIdentity).This will be addressed in our next release. A user will not have access to the system drive and in some cases, the Recycle Bin may not exist when we try to empty it. These errors should be treated as a WARNING and can be ignored. Failed to empty user's RECYCLE.BIN on the SystemDrive (Access is denied.).
